Monte Carlo is the city of glitz and over the leading indulgence. I had to see it for at least a day trip and ended up locating my food paradise. That was about to alter. Turning the corner on one of a lot of endless little streets in Monaco, we had been stunned to see a line of folks waiting outside a door. The sign more than the door read Juans and paradise was just before us. Turns out the restaurant was owned by a San Diego resident and served authentic Mexican food.
