You might not feel comfortable performing some of these tasks. It is best to avoid any job that could pose a danger to your safety. You may need to hire someone to do some of these tasks. This list is only a guideline for what you need to inspect your home and create a home maintenance program. However, it does not include everything that might be required. Each house will be unique so your list may contain different items.
