The first two weeks are focused on purification and understanding of the the language of body-mind-spirit. We introduce you to all aspects of Nature Cure: healing with mud, water, light, color, nutrition, air and space. We apply the purification techniques of Shat Karma and Nature Cure as well as pressure point massage .You learn Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and how to apply yogic wisdom in daily life - proper walking, sitting, awakening...

The following four weeks will provide you with a comprehensive 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with an emphasis on how to teach individualized yoga programs. during the 6 week program you will be guided through all 6 levels of ALAKHyog Breathing and Sufi sound techniques. Our Yogic Philosophy aims to bring understanding of your true nature by sharing with authentic teachers and saints from the Himalayas and from the shores of the holy river Ganges.
