After decades of secrecy, Apple is spilling some good info about who makes components on their behalf. A few of the companies named for almost all what's designed for Apple: Intel Corp., Broadcom Corp., Amphenol Corp. and Sanyo Electric Co. Why is this important or not essential for you? What's OEM?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. In the case of the repair of the ipad, that would be the company that made the glass (for example) for the ipad to begin with.
