Andree Lim Geok Leng had opted to reside in California. Within the United States she worked as a director of operations in the human resource and business services office at a famous retirement home. In 2006 she had came back to her house in Singapore. This trip home was to take care of her aging parents. She searched high and low for hours that wouldn't be taken up more than 44 by work a week.

It was done to make sure she may have plenty of quality time to spend with her family. Most importantly in her family is her young child. Andree Lim Mancha decided a person service or administrative position would allow a better balance to be achieved by her in both her personal responsibilities and professional.

Andree M. Mancha despaired after over forty lost programs was persistent. In April 2007, Andree Lim signed up for a lifetime career course underneath the prefesionals conversion process that was organized by the National Trades Union Congress and was supported by the following groups all through Singapore: WDA, EDB, SPRING Singapore, and STB. She learned meeting handling skills and resume writing from her visit to California. Soon afterwards she got the task with Chasen Logistics Services an LLC company that supports the work of adult 'PMETs.' PMET's means Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians. This group recognized Andree's determination, resourcefulness, and maturity as a really valuable resource for the company.

Andree Lim has become a happy customer support executive at Chasen while still enjoying her work and life balance. She's very pleased to NTUC because of their project in reintegrating mid-career professionals like herself back into the workforce.
